We are not responsible for any temperature-related issues that may occur during shipping, such as melting or spoilage. We recommend that customers select an expedited or overnight shipping option and include ice packs with their order to minimize the risk of temperature-related issues. However, please note that including ice packs does not guarantee that the products will not be affected by high temperatures during shipping
Chocolate Shipping Policy
Please note that chocolate products are sensitive to heat and may melt during transit, especially during warmer months. While we take every reasonable precaution when packaging these items, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will arrive unmelted under standard shipping conditions.
We are not responsible for melted chocolate if standard shipping is selected.
To reduce the risk of melting, we strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping during warmer seasons or for deliveries to hotter climates.
If you select expedited shipping AND purchase ice packs and your chocolate arrives melted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. While we cannot guarantee a resolution in every case, we may be able to offer a refund or exchange depending on the circumstances.

8. **Damaged or Lost Packages**: For added protection, we offer Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk insurance. If insurance was not purchased at checkout, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve any issues with the postal carriers regarding damaged, lost, or stolen packages.*
9. **Signature Requirement**: By default, our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, unless specifically requested or for high-value items.
