Return Policy

At MILKED & COOKIES, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of receiving an expired product.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on ALL canceled orders!

Exceptions:

  1. Expired Items: If you receive an item that has expired, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a refund or replacement for the expired product.

  2. Chocolate Shipping Policy

    Please note that chocolate products are sensitive to heat and may melt during transit, especially during warmer months. While we take every reasonable precaution when packaging these items, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will arrive unmelted under standard shipping conditions.

    We are not responsible for melted chocolate if standard shipping is selected.

    To reduce the risk of melting, we strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping during warmer seasons or for deliveries to hotter climates.

    If you select expedited shipping AND purchase ice packs and your chocolate arrives melted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. While we cannot guarantee a resolution in every case, we may be able to offer a refund or exchange depending on the circumstances.

Important Notes:

  1. Production Dates: Please be aware that many products, especially those imported from countries like China, may display production dates rather than expiration dates. The shelf life of these items can vary between 9 to 24 months from the production date. We recommend consuming these products within a reasonable timeframe for optimal freshness.

  2. International Date Formats: Some products imported from countries like those in Europe may have date formats where the month and day are switched. Please be mindful of this when checking expiration or production dates.
